No appointments are booked without a card on file. I have a 48 hour cancelation policy, which means if you do not give me a 48 hour notice before canceling, you will be charged 50% of your appointment costs. If you do not show up the day of your appointment you will be charged the full cost of your appointment. These policies are non-negotiable. When you are booking at Rarity you are automatically accepting these terms. Please do not show up sick or come in if anyone you live with is sick. As a small business owner if you don’t give enough notice of cancelation, or no show me, I’m losing an entire days worth of work and income, and someone else is losing an appointment they could have had. If you show up sick and I get sick I’m losing multiple days of work and back up everyone else’s appointments. Please be courteous of my time, and others, and me making you a priority. Your time management is your responsibility.
